After just a few months of normal use, one of the seats started to break in the seams (i’ve included pictures). Not the quality you’d expect of a sofa in this price range. With the unique shape this will be difficult to fix. Westwing offered a 100€ refund or we had to ship the entire sofa back to them for a full refund. Shipping something that big ourselves was creating a second new problem instead of solving one. Sending us one new part to exchange wasn’t possible. Not the solution we hoped for.
